What’s your cancellation policy?
We offer a 70% refund if you cancel at least 10 days in advance. No refunds for later cancellations, but we’ll always try to reschedule where possible. Service fees and commissions are non-refundable.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety and comfort come first. If we can’t sail due to weather, we’ll offer a full reschedule or refund — your choice.
Is this experience private?
Yes, always. This is your yacht, your crew, and your day — no other guests are on board.
Are children or elderly guests welcome?
Absolutely. We tailor the pace to your group, whether you want adventure or a relaxing cruise.
Do we need to bring anything onboard?
Just swimwear, sunglasses, and a smile. We provide towels, sunscreen, snorkel gear, paddle boards, drinks, snacks — everything else is ready for you.
Are we allowed to bring our own food or drinks?
You’re welcome to bring something special, but we’ve got you covered with a cold buffet and drinks included.
Is the boat insured? Are we?
Yes — our yacht and guests are fully insured. Your safety and peace of mind are part of the experience.
Is there a security deposit?
No deposit is needed. Everything is included in your booking price.
Will we receive a booking confirmation?
Yes, immediately. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, plus a reminder closer to your cruise.
Where do we board the yacht?
We depart from Marina Zadar, a short drive or walk from Zadar Old Town. Taxi transfer from anywhere in Zadar is included — we’ll take care of the details.
